Returns & Exchanges Policy
We
are proud to offer an easy and flexible return and exchange policy by
offering a 14-day unconditional guarantee. After you receive your
order, if the bar stool does not match the decor of your home, your taste,
your colors, or just plain didn't meet your expectations, we will
provide you store credit for any other item in our inventory.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT
DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED
YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. Please inspect the product for visible
damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill
of Lading (delivery receipt), or we may not be able to assist you in a return or replacement. Please
note when making an exchange, actual round trip freight charges will be
deducted from your store credit to return the item to us. Round trip
freight charges include outgoing shipping charges on free delivery
items. We cannot provide any reimbursement or credit for expedited
freight or white glove delivery charges if such a service is selected.
In order to properly exchange the bar stool, we ask that the item be in
new, unused, and unassembled condition, securely packaged inside its
original packaging, as our freight companies will not pick up items
that are not properly packaged. Lastly, there are no restocking fees.
* We will only accept a return if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
* Items must be returned in their original packaging or additional fees will apply.

Please note that unless the return or exchange is a result of an error
on our part, we cannot credit shipping or handling charges.

Please note that orders can only be canceled before they ship. Please
note we cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in
writing to info@getbarstoolsonline.com. There are no exceptions to this.
Please
feel free to review our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions should
you have any questions outside the scope of our Return and Exchange
policy. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact
our helpful customer service department at (888) 230-5934 or e-mail us. In
the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged
or defective, please call us within 3 days and we will send you the
correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost
to you. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday between 8:00AM
and 6:00PM PST, and Saturday - Sunday between 9:00AM and 4:00PM PST.
Product Descriptions
GetBarStoolsOnline and its companies
within BuyOnline, Inc. attempt to ensure accuracy with regards to product
descriptions. However, GetBarStoolsOnline
does not warrant that product descriptions or other site content is accurate,
complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Should a product be listed at an
incorrect price or presented with incorrect information due to typographical
error or error in pricing or product information received from our
manufacturers and distributors, GetBarStoolsOnline
reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bar stool or home bar orders placed
at incorrect prices. GetBarStoolsOnline has the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders regardless if the order has been confirmed
and/or processed to your credit card. Should your credit card be charged for
your bar stool or home bar purchase and your order is cancelled, GetBarStoolsOnline
will immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the entire amount of the
charge. We apologize for any inconvenience. Should you not be entirely
satisfied with your bar stool or home bar purchase, you may return the item as
described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Damaged Items
Our bar stools are carefully packaged to withstand damage during
shipping. We realize you are excited to receive your new bar stool set, and we
work very hard to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.
However, accidents do happen. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt should an item be damaged or if parts are missing. We will take every effort to assist you
in obtaining the necessary replacements as quickly as possible, and at
no extra cost to you.
* Please be sure to carefully inspect your order, and note that all
damage claims must be filed with photos to our Customer Service
department within 3 days of the receipt of your order.
* If you refuse an order, and decide not to allow GetBarStoolsOnline to repair or replace
your item within 14 days of delivery, the item may be returned under
our standard return policy, which includes round trip shipping and
handling. GetBarStoolsOnline reserves the right to repair or replace
your bar or bar stool should an item arrive damaged.
* Should parts be missing or require replacement, they may require
ordering from the manufacturer. Since many of our manufacturers are
located overseas, replacement parts and pieces normally take between
4-6 weeks to arrive in our warehouse. Please note that due to our wide selection, it is impossible to keep all parts and items in stock all
the time. Should a part or item require replacement, we will make all
efforts to expedite the process to the best of our ability; however,
many parts must be ordered and take time to arrive.
* GetBarStoolsOnline holds no responsibility for damage to the home by
the home delivery company. It is your responsibility to file a claim
with the freight company.

Although we make every attempt to deliver your bar stool correctly and
on-time, accidents and delays do sometimes happen. Please note that GetBarStoolsOnline does not hold any financial responsibility nor will
we compensate for unexpected time delays. Should an unexpected error occur on our part, we will work with you to
remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
