Track Your Order

soon as your item is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number
to follow the progress of your order. Please note that shippers may not
“location-scan” all of their shipments in an effort to speed delivery.
Packages are processed in bulk when shipping volume is high, and the
first time a package may be scanned could be upon arrival at a regional
center near the destination. Please do not be concerned if you do not
see any tracking data for your shipment and the estimated delivery date
has not yet passed.
Returns & Exchanges

Product Warranty

warrant that all products purchased from GetBarStoolsOnline will be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from
the date of delivery. This warranty applies to only the original
purchaser, and only to merchandise which has remained at the original
delivery site. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the
furniture and you need to process a claim, we require written notice of
the defect within one year of the original date of delivery.
Exclusions:
• Damage due to misuse, abuse or accidents;
• Damage or discoloration caused by sunlight or artificial lighting sources;
• Variation of the color or graining of wood or wood products;
• Ridges or rough areas or variations in its color or graining;
• Furnishings that have been altered by the purchaser;
If
the furniture you purchased does not meet the above warranty, or any
other warranty expressed or implied, we will, at our option, repair or
replace the non-conforming item.
